Impressive work!

I’m interested in whether you are familiar with the location or if you figured it out from the image itself? Based on the palm trees, xeriscaping, and pools at the larger homes I was thinking Phoenix  or LV to start the search.Â

The University of Chicago Map Collection received a major gift a year ago from Nokia
Solutions and Networks of Arlington Heights, Illinois. (You can read all about this at
http://www.lib.uchicago.edu/e/collections/maps/news.html#nokia ).
 
Only one component of this gift remains unprocessed, an air photo that we cannot
identify. The folks at Nokia think this may be a photo of a Nokia building somewhere
in the world but weren't sure. Can anyone help? You can access the photo through
