Doesn't look like the USGS' Publications Warehouse has it
online either. However, you may want to make contact with the
USGS or the USGS Library to see if they can make a copy for you
or have them digitize it for you.
You can contact the Publications Warehouse staff at:
and see if they can help you out.
Also, it looks like it is an Open-File Report (found a
citation via Google books) which should be in the I 19.76:
section.
I also found this WorldCat record titled "Memorandum for the
Press"
Go to the bottom of the record for the contents and you will
find "Ground-water resources of northwestern New Mexico."

Hi everyone:
I'm working with a Ph.D. student that's looking for the following title:
Ground-water resources of northwestern New Mexico. By Gerald A. Waring and David A. Andrews. Washington, DC: USGS, 1935. Description: 1 v.: ill., maps, tables, figs.
She found it in WorldCat and requested it though ILL. Unfortunately, it's only available from one library (NEW MEXICO STATE ENG LIBR). Unfortunately, according to our ILL department, we can't obtain it from them.
I was hoping that someone else may have this title. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Chris
