Good Afternoon,
I am just curious about the cost of these plates. The most recent list of what is available lists costs in the $600-$700 range. My understanding was that they were free to prescribed groups and after that they were to be offered to the public for sale. Qualifying groups would need pay for shipping only. Have I misunderstood this process?
