Most, if not all, of California went to NPS.  Our local authorization to receive federal surplus was all out of date, so I'm working with the bureaucracy to get set up for round 2.

I received a message today from Georgia's Surplus Property Division stating that our request for USGS copper plates was denied as all of the plates in the first batch were allocated to a federal entity. Did anyone else receive a similar response?
