I sent an email to GPO a few months ago pertaining to two different national forests that had the same call number. It seemed like a mistake from the USFS because the numbers were on the publication. The Plumas NF map is now classed as A 13.28:P 73/3. Both records have been corrected in OCLC and the CGP, and Webtech notes are now being prepared. Look on the bottom right corner of the back of each map and you will find the map number assigned by the USFS. They are both the same.
