Arizona State University Library Map Collection is pleased to offer an incomplete set of eight 15' Soil Conservation Service aerial photographs.
The only identifiers on them are:

These photographs each measure appx 42" x 31"
These are available free of charge to US institutions.  Please contact me off list if you are interested.
