I have a patron looking for CIR imagery for major deltas in the Puget Sound that is freely available for download.  The patron has checked the NAIP (National Agriculture Imagery Program) and indicates their data isn’t freely available for download.  It looks like the National Aerial Photography Program (NAPP) might have some stuff.

I’d appreciate help from any seasoned GIS specialist out there.
