Our copy appears to be from UC Berkeley, but I didn't see it on their site.

Perry -Casteneda Library seems to have few others also, but doesn't have the index for Ryukuy Retto 1:50k , even though they have the sheets.  http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/japan.html
