I also came across digitized images of Japanese internment camp maps. A Bing search brought a map of Crystal City’s internment camp which was apparently done by an internee with a sense of humor. http://media.discovernikkei.org/articles/3691/crystal%20city1.jpg I have often had to resort to printing out online images to use in physical exhibits, giving full credit to the source, of course. As an archivist, I frequently used digital reproductions of items for display where I was unable to filter light sources. My copy is at home, but I’ll check it tonight to see if the author gives the sources for the maps. John John M. She is curating an exhibit at her place soon and needs to either borrow or have scans made and mail to her maps of WWII Japanese-American internment sites as soon as possible. Please respond directly to Julie if you can help. I know they're out there, would not be surprised if the OSS created some for instance. Julie's email address is: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> and her other contact information is below. Thanks in advance for assisting... They're online, but we are putting up a show, so we need a map that can hang on the wall. Any ideas?
