FYI for the group, the NOAA charts in particular haven't been printed for a few years now.  We moved to a print on demand model (more here: https://www.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/pod/index.html).  Just thought I'd throw this in there as we are still getting questions and confusion now and then as to how the charts are or are not provided.
