I am temporarily filling in as librarian for maps and government information at my institution, and received a user query a bit beyond my skill level. Does anyone know where I might find the following state/territorial surveyor general annual reports and maps:

1853:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1854:  Reports and Maps for Oregon and Washington

1856:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1857:  Reports for Oregon and Washington

1864:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1866-1875:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

The user was able to locate some reports/maps through the Washington State Historical Society, David Rumsey Maps, University of Washington, and Washington State University, but hasn’t been able to locate the reports/maps listed above.

If you have any suggestions, I’d be extremely grateful for the help! I’ve pasted the full user query below, in case there is additional context that can be helpful.

I'm having trouble locating materials produced by the Surveyor General's office in the second half of the 19th century.  Each year, the Surveyor General of the US published an annual report which included his overall assessment of the survey of public lands in the US and its territories along with reprints of the state and territorial surveyors general annual reports and maps for their particular locales.  

I've been able to locate most of the reports and some of maps from sources like the Washington State Historical Society, David Rumsey Maps, UW/WSU Historical Maps, etc.  I was wondering if we have printed or microform materials at WWU that contain the annual reports for Oregon and Washington for the following years:

1853:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1854:  Reports and Maps for Oregon and Washington

1856:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1857:  Reports for Oregon and Washington

1864:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

1866-1875:  Maps for Oregon and Washington

I'm wondering if some of these might be in items like the Senate Exec Docs that I attached (the digital version of which does not show the actual maps, disappointingly).  I've also attached the first two pages from the 1855 Annual Report, which reveal that the year covered and the publication dates are sometimes different.  The dates I refer to above are the year covered, not the year published.
