- OCLC-MARC Authority Update 2019 to the Validation Rule Set that Includes All Valid Elements of MARC 21 Authority Format, Part One.
- OCLC-MARC Holdings Update 2019, Part One.
- OCLC-MARC validation of new MARC Codes announced in Library of Congress Technical Notice (February 8, 2019) (http://www.loc.gov/marc/relators/tn190208src.html)
and Technical Notice (March 27, 2019) (http://www.loc.gov/marc/relators/tn190327src.html).
- Tightening of Relationship Rule Between Bibliographic Field 655 and Subfields $v, $x, $y, and $z.
- Field Length Check Added to Authority Records.
- Authority Field 550 Made Invalid in Canadiana Name Authority Records.
- Clarification of Error Messages in LHRs.
Bug fixes include:
- Correction of Bibliographic Subfield $2 Repeatability.
- Correction of Validation Rules for Bibliographic Field 041 Non-MARC Language Codes.
- Correction of Relationship Rule Between Bibliographic Field 042 and Bibliographic Level Value “i”.
- Correction of Validation Rules for Bibliographic Field 086.
- Correction of Relationship Rule Between Bibliographic Field 222 and Encoding Level Value “8”.
- Correction of Authority Field Duplication Checks.
- Correction of Authority Validation for Invalid Field 009.
