Hi all,

Faculty from the School of Information Sciences, along with the University of Denver (DU), UT Libraries and many more collaborators, were awarded a Lifelong Learning Project grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services' (IMLS) Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program. The Collaborative Analysis Liaison Librarians (CALL)<https://call.infosci.utk.edu/> master's level instructional program will build curriculum for liaison librarianship, and fund the education of a cohort of 14 on-campus students pursuing science library liaison roles.

The CALL grant is an exciting opportunity to earn a fully funded master's degree in information sciences. The Fall 2020 cohort of 8 students will fill emerging roles in various science-focused agencies. Selected students will participate in research, complete immersive practica at science agencies, and benefit from mentoring relationships with experts in STEM librarianship and science information services.

I believe this applies to geospatial data, cartographic resources, and similar jobs. So, please pass it on.

Please let me know if there are any questions,
