Invitation to participate in a research survey: Burnout and Stressors among Academic Librarians in Higher Education in the U.S.

[Please excuse any duplication – this message is being cross-posted to multiple lists]

If you are a full time academic librarian working in the United States and have less than 50% administrative duties, please consider participating in this research study.  The project seeks to gain a better understanding of work-related burnout rates and stressors among academic librarians in the United States.

Participants are asked to complete the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory and answer various research questions.  The survey will take about 20 minutes.  The protocol is approved by Penn State College of Medicine’s IRB.  The survey will be open until February 21.  Full details and a link to the survey can be found here. https://pennstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ehsz1W3FyrLtp7D

Thank you for your consideration!
