Putting my old, rusty gov doc hat on, you can try searching the Catalog of Government Publications. https://catalog.gpo.gov/F/?func=find-d-0&local_base=GPO01PUB&clear_level=2 You can limit the format to "map." I did try the search for "public health" and didn't get much. You could try other terms like the agency or department like Health and Human Services (HE), or the name of that department at the time. This site gives a brief history of the department. https://www.hhs.gov/about/historical-highlights/index.html I did find "Children's Bureau", but searching with that and map, nothing comes up. Try searching without map and limiting the years to the ones in question. As a reminder, maps and charts have their own designations in the SuDoc classification scheme. After doing all of this, I didn't find any standalone map using this process.
