All,

My colleagues are working on this important topic & would appreciate your feedback.

Hello All,

A team of librarians at the Colorado School of Mines is exploring the role STEM disciplinary knowledge plays in STEM librarianship. They are interested in creating a STEM for STEM Librarians certificate that will help MLS students and new librarians develop disciplinary knowledge, especially if they don't have a formal background in a STEM discipline.

They need your help! If you are currently working as a STEM librarian, please complete this brief survey: https://mines.libwizard.com/f/stemcert-librarian .

The survey will be open until November 30th.

Your responses will be used to help develop the curriculum and support students interested in pursuing careers in STEM librarianship. After the certificate program is developed it will be shared as an OER for adaption to your local setting.  Thanks for your help!

Cheers,
Chris
