Subject: A questions about a French-language map
What is the name, on French maps, of the body of water between France and England and the Atlantic and the North Sea?
There was a bit of a contention about what it should be called, in a British TV series, about ten years go (Death in Paradise, season 1, where the detective sergeant was French and the detective inspector was English).
Thanks.
