The purpose of this survey is to perform an environmental scan of the current state of cataloging
of foreign language materials in libraries of cultural and research institutions. The survey aims to generate data to facilitate optimal decision-making related to cataloging of and metadata creation for foreign language materials. We encourage any library
professional whose role involves or is impacted by cataloging of foreign language materials to respond. The survey is estimated to take about 6 minutes or less to complete.
Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential and anonymous. Your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw from the survey at any time. Demographic data collected will only be used in the aggregate. Data collected will remain anonymous, and be
protected through password restricted computers, cloud systems (Google Drive, MS Office suite), and Qualtrics account.
