OCLC Cataloging Community Session, Live at ALA Annual 2022, Friday, June 24
In the before times, we called them Expert Community Sharing Sessions and they happened in-person at each ALA meeting. In the past two years, we’ve held them virtually twice a year and called them OCLC Cataloging Community sessions. If
you are attending ALA Annual in Washington, D.C., and have missed us as much as we’ve missed you, please join us in person on
Friday, June 24, 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Washington Convention Center Room 140A
for our first live Cataloging Community session. Gather once again with some familiar OCLC Metadata Quality folks and meet a few soon-to-be familiar colleagues. It will be an informal opportunity for cataloging questions and policy discussions, meant
to supplement our continuing virtual sessions. You may register for the OCLC Cataloging Community session, as well as many other “OCLC @ ALA Annual 2022” events, at
https://www.oclc.org/go/en/events/ala-2022/event-schedule.html. Cataloging Community session registration is not required. Plus, don’t forget to drop by the OCLC booth #2533 for
“ask the expert” sessions, demonstrations, and more. All are welcome.
Please pardon any duplication of this message.
