Hello fellow public map librarian!
Others have suggested some fantastic sources, and those are certainly more
than worth pursuing. The only other thing I might suggest, depending on how
thorough you'd like your collection to be, is to get in touch with your
local (city / county) agencies to see what maps they have. Most street /
county maps are either GIS or PDF these days and could be downloaded, but
establishing contacts with your local transportation / infrastructure and
other agencies could lead you to additional cartographic sources, print or
otherwise, that can help you capture the spatial aspects of Cleveland's
past and present in your collection.
