We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2023 Great Lakes Science Boot Camp for Librarians! Located at the beautiful Pennsylvania State University’s University Park campus in State College, PA, this economical science conference offers librarians an opportunity to learn about current research advancements in science while immersing themselves in a collaborative environment. Whether you work with medical researchers, engineering undergrads, physicists looking for the next nanoparticle, or others, you'll find something of interest at GLSBC 2023. Contact Denise A. Propose a Lightning Talk

Have a topic in science librarianship that you would like to give a 7-10 minute talk on? We are now taking submissions for 2023. Contact Kristen Adams ([log in to unmask]) if you have any questions about the lightning talks.

• Proposals are to be submitted by Friday April 28, 2023 and you will be informed of acceptance by Monday, May 15, 2023.  

• Lightning talks are tentatively scheduled for Thursday July, 20.

• If accepted, you will present in person at Penn State.
