Hi Heather, Harvard Geospatial Library data download functionality is not working right now, but I found the dataset on a dvd in our stacks. The data<https://id.lib.harvard.edu/alma/990115092200203941/catalog> was downloaded from the FAO Africover database and only contains province level boundaries. We have a paper map<http://id.lib.harvard.edu/alma/990128805230203941/catalog> with all the data from published in January 2003, so if nothing else digital turns up and the researchers want a scan let me know.
