Mary and Paige, Just two days ago I tried using the electric power grid
maps Paige mentioned to answer the same question for a patron. Yes, they
show the power transmission lines and the extent of the federal interties
(Bonneveille Power Administration, etc.) but they do not show the service
boundries of the electrical utilities. I found found it quite difficult to
answer the simple question: "What utility serves point x on the map?" Any
more clues out there?
