Hubbard/Kistler is trying to locate Mr. Bill Armstrong, who some years ago
commissioned a raised relief map of Custer Battlefield National Monument.
Hubbard is cleaning out their basement and would like to return the map
molds and original films to Mr. Armstrong.
 
Any help in locating this individual would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hubbard is not on the net, so replies can be sent to me.
