Hi to Everyone on Maps-L,
 
I have a rather unusual request and am hoping that someone out there in
Map Land can help me, or a least point me in the right direction to
solve my problem.
 
I am presently setting up a Web page which interfaces with our map
database.  This database includes standard cataloguing details, in
addition to the norm it also has each map co-ordinate (this is used for
GIS purposes).  What I would like to know is, is there a database or
something that can be used to help verify map coordinates.  Much like LC
or a thesaurus is used to verify standard keywords.  Does anybody know
of such a product??
 
I hope that somebody is able to assist me or give me some clues.
