Most maps of either country usually only show one half of the island at a time. In the usual Estate publishing fashion there is a pale green pastel colour used and grey shaded relief to illustrate elevations. The map is divided in two sections with Sumatra, Java & Kalimantan on the top section of the map and the rest of the islands on the bottom half. There are also inset maps of Bali & Lombok, Jakarta and Lake Toba.
