I am hoping that someone working in either a map library or a geology
department can help find the aforementioned map; it has proven to be
very difficult map to track down.
All I know about the map is that it's a 1:2,000,000 scale map produced
in 1989 in Delft.
 
The map is referenced in the International Association of
Hydrogeologists (Vol. 17), Hydrogeological Maps: A Guide and a Standard
Legend.
