I also would like to congratulate U.C. Berkeley
for their retrospective map conversion project.
I have used quite a few of  their records in my
own, much more modest, effort here at California
State University, Fresno. (I am cataloging the
Calif. historical maps in our Special Collections
Dept., as well as the general maps  in the Map
Library.)
 
Map cataloguers owe Berkeley a big 'Thanks'!
