Is there anybody out there who can supply reliable conversion
formulae - or the relevant constants and parameters - for
converting map data (Arc/Info coverages and ArcView shape files),
in both directions, between Irish Grid coordinates and UTM; and
also between Irish Grid and geographic (latitude and longitude)
referencing?
