Folks, once again I seek to draw on your collective knowledge.
A while back, I remember reading that somewhere, on or near the
Belgian/German or Belgian/Luxembourg borders, there is a small
area of territory that the two countries concerned have apparently
relinquished ownership of and territorial claims over. In other words,
this is supposed to be truly "international" territory, dedicated to
the global community or some such ideal. Does this mean anything to you?
I have lost the reference and now wish I hadn't!
 
A map reference would be particularly appreciated...
