Any recommendations on a gazetteer or geographical dictionary on a CD?
 
Ideally, it would be as comprehensive as the print edition of The Columbia
Lippincott Gazetteer of the World -- which is currently being revised and
updated, with an anticipated publication release date of August 1998.
