        I have been updating Web Links again recently, so I thought that
I would post some changes that I noticed.  First of all, the URL for the
CIA World Factbook has changed.  The URL for the 1997 World Factbook is
now: http://www.odci.gov/cia/publications/factbook/index.html
 
Also, the URL for the Canadian Geographic Names site has also changed
recently.  The new URL is:
 
http://GeoNames.NRCan.gc.ca/geonames.html  (The old URL still works for
Canada, however).
