We seem to be missing indexes for a couple of series from
the Army Map Service or GSGS from the 1940's:
 
1. AMS 5304, "Asia 1:1,500,000"
2. GSGS 4340, "Southern Asia, 1:2,000,000"
 
I was hoping I could get a photocopy from someone
