Don't know how familiar with this every one is.  I only heard about it
because our CEO is on the NSF Mapping Sciences Committee.  Looks
interesting, but I am concerned with the underwhelming representation of
librarians in the discussions (that's just one of the problems).  Pass
it on among your friends in the map library community, and I'll do the
same.  I'm interested to hear what others on maps-l think about this.
