The Map Cataloging Bibliography is NOT out of print!
 
If you however, you call the SLA Publications Office that is the message
that you will get. Since SLA is not distributing the publication their
database reads: out-of-print/out-of-stock.

There are plenty of copies still and stock, which can be purchased for 20
US dollars (25 US dollars for areas outside of the US, Canada and Mexico).
