Hi, Jenny -
 
If the scripts that work with ArcView are not proprietary, I'd be
willing to take a whack at translating them to work an independent form
if the guy has a PC (I don't do Mac software).  I wouldn't know how long
it will take until I see the scripts.  Please contact me directly with
the particulars.
