Develops and implements a new GIS program initiative; collaborates with library and campus GIS groups to identify campus-wide needs in relation to GIS and digital geospatial data; creates print and Web-based publications/user guides for maps and GIS resources. Supervises 1 FTE staff member; provides general and specialized reference with maps and government publications; serves as subject specialist for maps and geography, providing faculty liaison to nationally-ranked geography department. Some evening/weekend hours, in rotation. Salary commensurate with education and experience (2 or more years required), minimum $38,000.
