Paige Andrew (he and I are co-editors of these issues) just saw a copy today. For the first time in the history of CCQ, an issue of the journal has color illustrations (2 of them in this issue)! The printing schedule was to print No. 3/4 immediately following No. 1/2 so Paige and I look forward to seeing the second issue soon, followed by a book version, which will be all the articles in one volume. Here's more info on the publication(s). Go to www.haworthpressinc.com and search for either the journal title or the title of the monograph: Maps and Related Cartographic Materials: Cataloging, Classification, and Bibliographic Control (It will be $69.95 hardcopy, $39.95 softbound.) Following is for the book: Find out how to catalog the major formats of cartographic materials, including sheet maps, early and contemporary atlases, remote-sensed images such as aerial photographs and satellite images, globes, geologic sections, digital material, and items on CD-ROM. It should be in any library, whether there is a large collection of cartographic materials or only a local collection. David C.
