WHAT'S HAPPENING AT FFA
New service for National FFA merchandise returns: The National FFA
Organization return policy was changed recently to make expediting returns
more convenient. It is no longer necessary to call customer service to
request a call tag. The new process allows customers to use a label
included with each shipment to return merchandise immediately. Just follow
these simple steps:
1. Each shipped order will include a form with return
information on the back of it. Please complete the required
2. Carefully repack the merchandise and include the return
3. Affix the address label provided with the return information.
4. Call a local UPS driver, drop off the package at a UPS drop
box or ship from any UPS shipping location.
5. Pay no shipping fees up front. FFA will deduct a return fee
of $6.75 from your refund, exchange or merchandise credit. If you are
exchanging the item due to an error on our part, the return service
6. If merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original
packaging and notify the customer service department immediately at
New UPS shipment tracking service: During the rush season, 30-40 percent of
the calls National FFA call center staff receive are related to tracking
issues. These calls keep staff from serving our customers who are trying to
place orders. In an effort to reduce the frequency of such calls and to
provide better service to customers, FFA has implemented a new system to
track orders via the Internet. The next time you place an order, have your
e-mail address ready to provide to a customer service representative. Once
your merchandise is shipped, you will automatically receive e-mail
confirmation of your order shipment and a tracking number from UPS. If you
want to know where your package is during transit, visit www.ups.com <
http://www.ups.com>, enter your tracking number and view the most current
status. It's that easy!
Expedited shipping: To provide customers with exact shipping fees at the
time of purchase and to recover all shipping costs, the National FFA
Organization has revised the expedited shipping fees. Please review the
shipping charges on expedited orders on page 52 of the Blue catalog or on
the PDF order form on the Ag Ed Resources CD-ROM. You will need to
authorize all rush shipments and their associated fees when you place your
