TO:  CAES Faculty and Staff

If you are interested in having Danny Morris (Department of Food Science
and Technology) cook your turkey this year, you MUST do the following:

-    Email or call Danny (2-1070; [log in to unmask]) to reserve a
place.

-    Bring in your turkey THAWED OUT (turkey must be average size of 14-17
lbs) on Monday,  November 25th, Food Science Building (Rm. 135) by 10:00
a.m.

-    Remove neck and giblets if you want them or Danny will throw them
away.

-    Processing cost is $5/turkey

-    Pick up date is Wednesday, November 27th, Food Science Building
