We have released a preliminary annotation of the Tetrahymena
thermophila macronuclear genome through TIGRs MANATEE annotation
system.  The genes are those we predicted some time ago and have been
released on the FTP site and blast server. Note, these are still
preliminary predictions. In a few months we will be releasing new, much
better, gene predictions.

You can browse the genome by contigs, search by putative gene names,
get access to the assemblies, examine coding and non coding regions,
etc. You can also get to blast search results, HMM results, and other
sequence analyses done for each putative coding region.
