Greetings from International Student Life!

On behalf of the International Student Life Office within the Department
of Intercultural Affairs, we invite you to join us for the 12th annual
International Street Festival on Saturday, April 10, 2010 from
12pm-5pm. The International Street Festival is held every year to
celebrate the diverse cultural representation of UGA and the Athens area
through special performances and presentation tables. This year, some
of the performances include a West African drumming group, traditional
Chinese dancing, and bands playing music from around the world.

Additionally, informational tables will be hosted by a variety of
student groups such as the Hispanic Student Association, Muslim Student
Association, Japan Club, and many more. International Street Festival
is a family event that will have activities for individuals of all ages
including a Children's Corner with crafts, games, and piņatas. The
International Street Festival takes place in downtown Athens around the
intersection of College Avenue and Clayton Street.

This event has been made possible through the support of many volunteers
and organizations including the following Lead Sponsors: R.E.M.,
International Student Life, Walton EMC Operation Round Up, the Office of
International Education, the Residence Hall Association, and Allison
Giddens.

Again, the International Student Life Office would like to extend an
open invitation to you to join us this Saturday, April 10, 2010 for the
International Street Festival. If you have questions, please feel free
to contact us at 706-542-5867. We look forward to seeing you there!
