RMIT Community Service Scholarship
RMIT is offering five Community Service Scholarships for study
abroad students beginning their studies in July 2004.  These awards
will be based on a proposed project (to be completed during the
semester), past community service, and recommendations from the home
university.  Student from any discipline are encouraged to apply.

Program Representative Visit

Denmark’s International School
A representative from Denmark’s International School will be at UGA
April 5th.  Students will have the opportunity to meet with this
representative.  We will provide more details in the next SISA

Announcements from ISL

International Coffee Hour
This week’s Coffee Hour will be hosted by the Learning Disabilities
Center.  Coffee Hour will be held Friday, March 26th from 11:30 a.m.
to 1:30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall Ballroom.

The Indian Student Association will be hosting India Nite
2004: “Jhankaar Beats" on March 27 at the Georgia Hall/Reception
Hall in the Tate Student Center.  Dinner will start at 6 p.m. sharp,
followed by the show, which will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be
sold at the Tate Center Plaza on Wednesday, March 24 and Friday,
March 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Ticket prices are as follows:
$3 Show and $8 Dinner. Tickets will be sold on the night of the
event on a first-come, first-serve basis. The evening will be full
of music, masti, and hungama.

The Japan Club will host an Ohanami-Cherry Blossom Viewing Party,
this Saturday, March 27. This potluck picnic will take place at the
Botanical Garden at UGA (meet at the fountain near the greenhouse)
from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Please bring at least one dish per
party, or bring some drinks to share. Also bring a blanket to sit
