To USA Tetrahymena Labs,

We need some poly A minus RNA from starved Tetrahymena cells to use as a blocking agent
for hybridizations. Does any lab have some? In the old days it was often a by-product from
obtaining the poly a+ RNA. We had large amounts but unfortunately it was over 20 years old and I
finally threw it out last year--just shows that I should never discard anything, but we needed the
-80 freezer space. Please e-mail me at [log in to unmask] if you can help.
Thanks,
