STUDIES ABROAD IN GREAT BRITAIN
The University of Georgia Summer 2008 Study Abroad program to the
United Kingdom (July 2-25) has a few openings. The program is available
to students of all majors and provides 6 hours of undergraduate or
graduate credit. The program begins with a week at the University of

The UGA Costa Rica center has several programs with remaining openings:
1). Nature & Environmental Design: Landscape Architecture and
Interior Design studio program. 2 weeks, July 7-20. $1500 program fee
+ tuition + airfare.
2). Comparative Biodiversity & Conservation Law: Mainly focused
for law students, but anyone interested in international environmental
policy should apply. 2 weeks, July 22 - August 6. $1475 program fee +
tuition + airfare.
3). Land, Language, & Culture Fall Semester: Semester program
(students take from 12 to 18 hours) includes Spanish 1001 through 3010;
Intro and Environmental Sociology courses; Linguistics 2100; Intro to
Geography course; Ecology 1000/1000L; Nature photography and natural
history ecology elective; and Organic Agriculture. Program includes
extended homestay. September 21 - November 22. $6850 program fees +
tuition + airfare.

The University of Georgia’s UGA at Oxford Study Abroad Program offers the academic experience of a lifetime. UGA’s Oxford Center hosts an exciting array of study abroad programs throughout the year. There are currently seven different programs offered during the fall, spring and summer terms that are under the UGA at Oxford umbrella. The Program offers over eighty courses to choose from in over twenty different subjects. We welcome transients on all of our programs.
