Georgia FFA Alumni announces Council elections Georgia FFA Alumni Council elections will be held at the state convention, April 24 for President Elect, Directors in North Region - Area 1, Central Region - Area 3, Southern Region - Area 6, Member at Large Director and Ag Teacher Director. The election is for a 3 -year term on the state council. Members of the council meet approximately 4 times per year. Applications are due to the state office by Thursday, April 15. Georgia FFA Alumni announces deadline for award applications All award applications for the Georgia FFA Alumni State Convention are due to the state office in Athens by Thursday, April 15. The scrapbook, basket and display contest items need to arrive at the state convention on Thursday, April 22 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. All items need to be delivered to the FFA Alumni area outside of the Career Show (Exhibit Hall) at the Macon Coliseum.
