Notes: We have an active, fun agenda for you. Please come prepared to get
your hands dirty and try some new things! Wear comfortable clothes and
shoes, and dress for the weather as we’ll be outside a lot of the
time. Everyone
will need to bring own sack lunch and water bottle that you can refill with
icy water, also pocket some extra money to spend (if you wish) during our
visit to the local farmer's market.

Bring boots, gloves, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent. Wear light weight

This workshop will provide teachers with an understanding of Farm to School,
local food systems, and hands-on activities they can replicate with their
students. Teachers will see, taste and hear examples of how local foods can
enhance their students education, and appreciation of farming in Georgia.
