Mr. Mulkey,
We are trying to get the word out about the bow shoot.  Do you have an email list of other FFA directors that you could share with me? Thank you!
Toni

Partners for Success is planning a Bow Shoot
at the old middle school in Eastanollee, GA on July 30, 2011 (flyer attached).  There will be four divisions: cub, youth, hunter and open.  Come test your skills and bring the entire family for a day of fun!   We are working to make the event as enjoyable and profitable as possible.  There will be lots of vendors, a concession stand, kid's zone, entertainment and a raffle.  The concession stand will serve hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks and candy.

Proceeds go to Partners for Success to help fund programs like the tutoring and mentoring program for at-risk children.

We have space for 50 vendors.  Deadline for vendor registration is July 22, 2011

VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

Spaces are 10’ x 10’ with no electricity* NO FOOD VENDORS ALLOWED * The exhibit area is outside. *All tents and display equipment are the responsibility of the vendor. *The venue opens at 8:00am the day of the event. *No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on the bow shoot day.  *Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first served basis. * Volunteers will be on-site the morning of the bow shoot starting at 7:00 a.m. to assist you with locating your space.

Hope to see you there!!
