Monday, Aug 15: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Registration, Anatomy and Physiology, Safe Cattle Handling, Options for Pregnancy Diagnosis, Palpation Techniques, Vaccination Program and Breeding Season Management.
Tuesday, Aug 16: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Palpation Lab, Genetic Management, Nutrition for Reproduction and Implications of Body Condition Score, Estrus Synchronization and Heat Detection
Wednesday, Aug 17: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Palpation Lab, AI Technique, Heifer Selection and Bull Selection
Thursday, Aug 18: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Palpation and AI Lab, Coping with Calving Problems and Bull Breeding Soundness Exams and Semen Handling
Aug 19: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Palpation and AI Lab
Registration ($300) Includes lunch, breaks for 5 days, books, and all supplies. Make checks payable to CFLAG (payment due by Aug. 1, 2011).
