For those of you eligible to participate in the Albany Exchange Club Fair
please see the following information and detailed attachments about
activities, registration procedures, and entry deadlines.  You will also
find this information on my portal.  All entries must be mailed to:

*MINIBOOTHS*
Email or Mail entry form by OCTOBER 17TH
4 Entries per chapter

Exhibitors may begin working on your mini-booth after 9 a.m. on Thursday,
October 28 and have it completed by 4.p.m. on Monday

October 31.  All mini-booths must be removed no later than 4 p.m. Monday,
November 7.  All exhibitors are responsible for removing all

staples, tacks, and glue from the exhibit.  Prize money will be forfeited if
the booth is not cleaned.



*PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST*

Entry form and picture must be received by October 21st
 Theme for the contest and it is *THE FARM FAMILY* and all of its diversity.
There may be three entries for each county participant with one entry in
each of the *3 categories (See #1)* with a possible total of 15 entries for
five county participants or you can have 1 entry by 15 participants. **5
county participants x 3 photos (1 per category) = 15 total photos per county
or 1 entry by 15 **participants.*
*SCARECROW CONTEST*

CHECK IN:  6:30

CONTEST BEGINS: 7 PM - Scarecrow must be completed by 8 PM
